BadBatch Lightspeed Bundle Issue

Hi,

Purchased the BadBatch Lightspeed Bundle, but my client refreshed as the purchase was completed.  I've now been given gems instead of the characters.  I'm looking to receive the characters instead.  Please see attached image.

Please can this be fixed.
