I'm facing sanctions for violations on my newly opened account. How can a new account commit a violation? How can someone commit a violation without even starting the game? I'm appealing, and they maintain it's legitimate.
ally code 499 638 237
[Title changed for clarity. EA_Claus]
I filled it out at least 10 times and haven't even received a reply
The ally code is correct, it's my third account and it's been like this for a long time.
EA id FraserD17
I can only access the game from my phone I appear to be banned from the computer
And regarding the other player, what’s the allycode?
If you can access the account from other devices it isn’t banned for cheating or anything else. Is it the EA ID that’s banned?
Is that the right ally code? Hard to see how you've been banned for months if you participated in GAC 10 days ago.
I presume if you if this has been going on for months, you've filled out a form?

If not, what have you been doing? If yes, this is reviewed by real people (who know the game, not support) and I guess they've made a decision. Note, they do not inform you directly on their decision.
Note: The incident involving the ship occurred because of another account I own.

To the relevant authority,
I am writing to formally appeal the ban imposed on my account. I have been working on this issue for months. I have never used cheats, third-party software, or engaged in toxic behavior/abusive language. Despite my continuous efforts to resolve this issue, my account remains restricted. What makes this situation even more frustrating is the lack of action taken against those who openly cheat in Fleet Arena. I have repeatedly reported a player who consistently ranked in the top 10 against high-level Leviathan builds. This is mathematically and mechanically impossible under normal game conditions, yet no action has been taken against this player while my legitimate account remains banned.I can still access the game from other platforms, but this "banned" status prevents me from playing on my computer. I request that my case be manually reviewed by an expert. If this forum or support channel cannot provide direct assistance, please forward this request to the relevant department.I am a dedicated player who values fair play and expects the same level of integrity from the game's moderation system
Note: The incident involving the ship occurred because of another account I own.

March 9, 2026. Nothing has changed yet. My overall energy level has exceeded 2 million. I hope someone removes the restriction so I can play on the computer.
