Banned from cheating while not cheating

Hello,

I've recently faced a ban stating that I've been using cheats in the Coliseum. That is not true, I have never used cheats. This account has a lot of money and time invested, and it doesn’t make sense to put all these assets at risk.

I have submitted multiple requests through the ban appeal form, but I haven’t received any response or update from the GC side. I try daily to log in, but with no success.

Could anyone help me with this issue? I really want to return to the game, and I believe this ban is incorrect and unfair.
