My star wars galaxy of heros account was banned without warning stating "multiple violations" when I've never even had one. My ea account shows no violation and I'd like my account back if it won't be clearly explained why it's banned. I've tried every branch of support i can and they keep throwing me too different people and nothings been done its been over a week of trying please help me get my account back.

Why should I have to make it clear when asking for their code? It should be a given whenever anyone asks in these types of threads that they want to do some amateur detective work. Look at my comment history on these types of posts and you see that I like to dig.
It's an ally code not your player ID, scared I'll send you a friend request? if you didn't want it out in the wild, don't put it on the public forums 😉

You are actively doing this, are you? I actually don't know. If you are, good on you. I'm not saying it isn't happening, but I'm not seeing it. Possibly on the cheater discord, but not here. Can you show me threads where you have helped others you believe aren't cheaters, in the past?

The OP asks for help. You ask for the ally code. The OP then believes you want the code to help. The reality is that it will become a witch hunt, giving the community the chance to get their pitch forks out, and then very few witches survive a trial. You know as well as I, that if this player has been banned for cheating, it's almost certainly warranted. At least tell them that you're putting them on trial, not actively going to get their account unbanned.

You're not looking to get me friends. You're inviting players to look into my past and make me part of this witch hunt. Particularly as I said, that's the last thing I'd want if I were in the OPs situation.

Had to dig a little, cause you know most tend to be cheaters.
*was* being the key word I used. The mods have shuffled around, but I'm sure they still have more of a direct line than we peasants do. Meathead is active on the event discord as well.
Well funny enough I do want to help. Checking to see if there is blatant cheating in areas we can check, (as OP asked for a clear explanation) it's a lot faster to tell them here is x proof you cheated, so don't waste their time. If there isn't, then I'll lend them a shoulder and drop the appeal link.

Is it really a witch hunt if 90% of the banned players cheated? Harassment is against the TOS of the forums, if people are messaging you about your past, then report them and move on. I dropped your ally code cause I was being cheeky, nothing to do with bringing you into it.

No these definitely are cheating, I didnt know about any software but I share the account with my brother. We'll be having a chat. Thanks for finding that I guess there's nothing I can do in that case
