BB-8 Lightspeed bundle purchase failed but got charged.

Question

Today at 9:45 GMT +9 I purchased the BB-8 lightspeed bundle on the SWGOH weabstore which i use all the time for daily rewards and calendars. The purchase went though and my bank said it went through but in game it said "There was an issue processing your purchase. We have credited your account as best we could." It gave me a few crystals which isn't what i want. I want the characters i was promised or a refund please.&nbsp;

Hey did anyone get this resolved its really bad to purchase a Light Speed pack and then get crystals that you never wanted I also got the same issue Really hoping they can take the crystals away and give the LSB instead
