BB-8 LSB Crystals instead of Characters

Hello, 

I just purchased the BB-8 LSB and was given credits instead of the characters that I wanted. Can you please help me out with this? I would also like to buy the Rey LSB, but am now nervous to purchase it in case this happens again.
