Been weeks, still missing JKR LSB

Purchased both version of the Revan lsb's, I received Darth Revan's reqs but not JKR reqs. I posted about it a week or two ago, got nothing. Made a ticket and spoke with customer support, they didn't help and told me I actually had the characters even though I know I don't. Checked my bank account and the charge went through so at this point CG has stolen my money. I just want the characters I paid for and I see others on this forum posting how over the holidays their purchases didn't work either. CG please fix this for all of us unfortunate souls please!
