Being double charged on web store

Summarize your bug The last two purchases I made on the web store double charged me. One was the Gen Syndulla bundle for which I was charged 29.99 plus tax two times instantly (two separate transactions) and the other was for speed mods at 4.99 plus tax. Customer service stated they could not refund it but instead sent me 4324 crystals. Seeing that I already had over 80k crystals from purchasing the $199 anniversary bundles this wasn't an acceptable answer. I told my bank I was double charged and provided them with the information, and it appears EA is being punitive and punishing me for not allowing them to double charge me?
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I guess buy something from the webstore using MS Edge?

I have not purchased anything from the web store since because I am concerned it will continue to occur. I definitely don't think punishing my account for an EA error is the correct answer.

    So the in game help ticket people told me to contact my bank

    Which is what EA was threatening me in the email posted above for doing in the first place....

    Round and round we go...

    The same just happened to me. EA Help tells you to get help from the bank, and you immediately get threatening emails from EA.
