Bad Batch LSB did not appear in Inbox

Bought the Bad Batch LSB through the Web store and something happened while the payment was being processed. I thought it didn't go through but after checking the game the inbox said claim your LSB, I got crystals.

And the bundle still shows in the webstore. The error message is attached. Please assist or refund. Note that the support bot simply tells to press Restore Purchases button which is of no help.
