Missing token to JMK ult

I've completed JMK's entire Journey, but I'm missing one token. I have 11/12. Ally code 116-992-725.

Conversing with EA help in-game is a disaster. I've explained it about 10 times. I talk to a different person every day, and every day I explain everything from the beginning.
