Being Punished for having the better Punishing One?

Bump for latest update.  P1 mirror is still busted.  When my Exec goes first, opponent’s P1 is stealthed (as intended) but when opponent Exec goes first, my P1 is NOT stealthed.  P1 and XB on both sides have Breech as though they all lost stealth on that first turn.
