today on friday bh bonus drops should go on air, announced here: https://forums.galaxy-of-heroes.starwars.ea.com/discussion/182551/bounty-hunter-bonus-drops-starting-tomorrow#latest

we also got an ingame massage: "Für kurze zeit gewähren helle Seite- und dunkle Seite [...]"
and that means they are now on air, not in a few moments or in a few hours or if it is friday in america, no it means now...

but not one single bonusshard has dropped... many refreshes in my guild and also in many other guilds... there are no shards at the moment, all refreshes so far are lost...

Hi all, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

What I can tell you right now is that the Bounty Hunter Bonus Drops are not active yet. They will become active later. Exact timing to be confirmed later.

Not fully sure if it is a bug or working as intended; Since the start of the "Bonus Bounty Hunter Shard drops in Hard Nodes", have spent over 730 energy (several crystal refreshes) and no bonus drops. Not sure if it should be there, but there is also no bonus indicator which is normally present during bonus time periods (gold shimmery ring on the nodes). Again, not sure if these are bugs and I know that all drops are always RNG dependent, but 730+ energy and no drops seems like it is a problem.

Im having the same issue. I received email notification in game, and spent 600 energy with no bonus drops.

While 1 day later we got a Dev Announcement saying it comes 21.09 til 24.09

Why not include the information of the duration and exact dates in the letter that was provided to the users? Lots and lots of people spent a bunch of crystals due to receiving the message and assuming it was available now but obviously it is not as nobody is getting any shards.

Its pretty crappy that we NOW find out it starts tomorrow after my guild spends a ton of shards. Maybe put the fact the bonus drops start tomorrow? So much scumbaggery in this. Seems like we get played by swgoh more than we play!

Same. Got the message that it was good to go and burned refreshes and got nothing. Didnt burn all 600 crystals worth but still. We have the same mod/dev (SB Crumb) state that it is 9/21-9/24, and then in a different later edited post states it "starts 9/22"
If it starts 9/22 why did we get a inbox notification for it, and why are the dates differing?
