But what are you going to do in order to handle the situation of all of us dropping a lot of crystals to get the bonus shards while you decide when to actually allow the event to go live. No where in the message that we all received does it state a particular time. It simply says “for a limited time” and we all got the message 6 hours ago making us all believe that the event started then. Like someone commented above, it seems we all have been “played” by us spending real money for more crystals to try to get these “bonus” shards. While we all know that the words “may also” means it is not a guarantee that they will drop we would have to use more energy to receive these drops, the fact that we did this not knowing the event was live while all of you knew the even  wasn’t live yet is BS. If you knew the event wasn’t live then send another message to all of us letting us know this. The pint is you didn’t send such a message and we all feel as though we were “dupped” into believing that it was. In my opinion this is poor way to do business and I am certain that I am not the only one that feels this way. I hope that someone takes this message to heart and provide some sort of retribution in order for you to show all of us that you do value us as players and paying customers as well. Thank you for your time!

I have played this game for years and never felt the need to create an account for complaints. It is not because there have not been issues, and I have come close in the past, but this situation has put me over the edge to the point where I need to voice my disappointment.

This is not a solution, merely an explanation. I would feel much better knowing that an actual solution is pending, as this is incredibly frustrating. I had been a free-to-play player for years, and decided to invest my money SPECIFICALLY with the goal of farming for the upcoming event in order to give myself a chance keep pace with the rapid expansion of content. Needless to say this mistake has left a terrible taste in my mouth, and the fact that you supply this "explanation" as an accepted "solution" after I was financially burned has added insult to injury. Fix this please.
