Birthdate incorrect

Hi there,

When i launched the app (SWGOH) the 1st time i was eager to play and didnt pay much attention to the birthdate field - so i just added a random birthdate.

As I do have a verified EA account I didnt think much of it.

Now I am told that I cant login to SWGOH as my ingame Birthdate and EA Account Birthdate differ.

How can I resolve this?

Try submitting a case through the in-game menu. Hit the gear wheel in the upper left and then go to Help.

Hi there. You'll need to open a case with an advisor to get your birthdate changed. Instructions for opening cases can be found here.

Thanks for your swift reply. I tried doing that and was told that i need to inquire from inside the game in order for them to do something about it. When i told them that i need it changed in order to log in, they told me "sorry thats the rule".

Any other ideas?
