Bo-Katan (Mand'alor) Counters Journey Guide

In the third battle of the Journey Guide, I always lose to Paz Vizsla's second attack. Strangely, I can use a continuous attack that becomes available after 3 turns. Paz is Relic Level 9 and has 36,420 power against a recommended power of 35,000. What's going on here?
