Bonus Calendar - December 2021

Summarize your bug The game information says that you can only have 1 December bonus Calendar active AT THE SAME TIME, however this may have a bug or, at least, misleading information. More info about the problem in the compose field. Thanks
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? This problem happens with the free bonus calendars available on the game store.

3 questions need to be answered and clarification needed to understand what is intended:

a) you can only see the info about 1 bonus Calendar at same time if you scroll down so, many people only realise it when they go for the 2nd free calendar and saw that message about discarding the previous one. It is working as intended (the previous should be forever dismissed)?

b) it is not clear if it is possible to run one of the calendars for X time and then switch to the other. This question is even more relevant if we verify that their duration/validity is greater than 31 days (more specifically, 45), which makes it possible to collect 15 days from one calendar and then 30 days from the other. Can we do this?

c) if the intended idea was to force people to choose between the 2 bonus calendars and discard the other, then that should be done in a total different way (one pack on the store with a selection inside it). Anyway, some clarification need to be done or people may found themselves in a situation where the final calendar wasn't the one they want.

Please clarify all this cause the current status can lead people to several kind of mistakes.

Hi guys,

The December Bonus calendars are working as currently designed. Every time we attempt to switch calendars, we receive the "Calendar Limit Reached" warning.

@AceCV I never even got the popup asking if I wanted to discard the previous calendar. I saw two free calendars, clicked on them, and lost access to the tie bomber rewards I actually wanted. Hopefully they allow a reset of the choice. :/

Same here, it was not very clear, I really hope they let us switch, kind of bogus.

I didn't see the message about deleting the other calendar and lost the tie bomber calender which is easily better.

Whoa, whaaat? I didn't see any such message, and I received the first reward for each (it was nice - I'd been working on unlocking the TIE Bomber and that put me over the edge :D); also, both calendars still show up in my daily log-in rewards. I really hope they don't make us pick one, but if they do, I was not warned at all, and would be quite upset...

I did get a warning that stated that a calendar would be replaced by the selected calendar. The calendar shown was the one with the tie bomber shards, which I am currently farming. After selecting it, I got the other (gear) calendar. This was horribly misrepresented and needs to be remedied.

@JAN5751 That's exactly how it worked for me, except I didn't even get a warning - just the disappearance of the TIE Bomber calendar (although not before I got the first day, which pushed me into having enough to unlock the TIE Bomber, lol). But yeah, honestly I would much rather have the TIE Bomber than the equipment in the other one; yeah, it's equipment practically everyone needs, but ship farming is just the worst.

As a lot of people have been saying, I never received a warning that I would lose one of the calenders. And of course, I lost the tie bomber, the calender I would have actually liked to keep. Hopefully they do something to fix this issue, otherwise I'm gonna be really pissed off

@EA_UltraSlide That makes sense, and I no longer feel like I deserve the ability to switch back since I use this site - but what about all the players who don't? Ah well.

Thanks for the answer @EA_UltraSlide.
If I understood it correctly then, by topics the behavior is:
- you are limited to 1 december bonus calendar at a time.
- you can choose 1 and switch for the other when you want but you will lose the previous one forever, starting the new one on day 1 (not in the day that you switch).
Right?
