Bonus Calendar - December 2021

Summarize your bug The game information says that you can only have 1 December bonus Calendar active AT THE SAME TIME, however this may have a bug or, at least, misleading information. More info about the problem in the compose field. Thanks
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? This problem happens with the free bonus calendars available on the game store.

3 questions need to be answered and clarification needed to understand what is intended:

a) you can only see the info about 1 bonus Calendar at same time if you scroll down so, many people only realise it when they go for the 2nd free calendar and saw that message about discarding the previous one. It is working as intended (the previous should be forever dismissed)?

b) it is not clear if it is possible to run one of the calendars for X time and then switch to the other. This question is even more relevant if we verify that their duration/validity is greater than 31 days (more specifically, 45), which makes it possible to collect 15 days from one calendar and then 30 days from the other. Can we do this?

c) if the intended idea was to force people to choose between the 2 bonus calendars and discard the other, then that should be done in a total different way (one pack on the store with a selection inside it). Anyway, some clarification need to be done or people may found themselves in a situation where the final calendar wasn't the one they want.

Please clarify all this cause the current status can lead people to several kind of mistakes.

Hi guys,

The December Bonus calendars are working as currently designed. Every time we attempt to switch calendars, we receive the "Calendar Limit Reached" warning.

- Yes, limited to one December Calendar at a time.

- Currently that is how it works.

So by working as intended you mean where a bunch of us never got a pop-up warning or others who picked the tie bomber only to get the gear one?
Do you have any actual helpful response or are you going to not help and just paste in the canned response.?
Take this to your boss:
Please reset the calendar choices and let everyone have another crack at them since it was bugged for so many. You can't actually believe that your coder made no errors in their code can you? If you do then clearly you have been on vacation for the last quarter.

@EA_UltraSlide I appreciate this information, but I’ve never visited/used the site until now. My issue is that I was able to select both calendars without the warning of one being overwritten, which cannot be working as intended. As others have seen this warning, it appears to be a bug. I’m more than happy to have the gear calendar deleted so I can get the tie bomber shards. It’s just unfortunate that the only way I would’ve seen this information is if I had visited the site, which clearly I don’t, and I didn’t get a popup.

So “working as currently designed” means select the one you want but get the other one instead?
That’s some sketchy design.

(to be clear, you can only activate one of these two calendars AT A TIME, so you will have to CHOOSE which one you will have active for December).
I couldn't choose which to have active. I selected 1 and the other popped up. I selected the 2 and lost my first selection.
No solution for me, WAI

I also got bit by this. Something kept messing up with my calendars last night and forcing my game to close. Then today I had one less calendar. I tried to add the other free calendar and either I missed the warning or it just automatically replaced the Tie Bomber calendar. I see no way of switching it back. This is highly frustrating.
