Bought Aphra, got no Aphra

Hello, I bought the Aphra LSB and got the four prerequisite characters at relic 5, but I don't have Aphra herself.

I chatted with EA support a few days ago and they said it was fixed, but I still don't have the character.

My ally code is 822-694-686.

You should probably review the content. You receive the characters that unlock her event requirements. You will have to use them to unlock Dr.Aphra. She is not part of the offer

Boot the game on mobile and check the gift section.
Or open any youtube video related to LSBs. Ahnald101, Scrybe Gaming, Nooch2gud etc.
