Bought Episde Pass in the Webstore, did not recieve it in game

I bought the episode pass in the Webstore 

(only the Upgrade to the Pass+ is there cause i bought the normal one)

I got my reciept per email

but in game it is still locked

668-863-615

    Doesnt really fix my problem that I didnt get my stuff, does it?
    It would only prevent such a situation in the future.

    But I hope you also know that if nobody spends money in the game, nobody gets to be playing the game right?

    So please let me play the game and spend my money like I want to, thank you

    did you get help by the EA custumor support? Cause they are ghosting me^^
