Bought Episode Pass in the Webstore, did not receive it in game

Hey EA Team,

I bought the Episode Pass in the Webstore but I did not receive it in game.  I got the receipt showing payment processed but the episode pass is not unlocked in game. App keeps crashing after update as well. Thanks for looking into this!
