Bought finilizer LSB 2, game says an issue happened

I bought the finilizer LSB 2 from the webstore but instead of getting the characters I got a message saying an issue happened and got some crystals which are not even close to the value that should have been. EA support says they can't do anything to help. I will attach screenshots bellow of in game message and purchase confirmation.
