Paid for Wat Tambor Lighspeed Bundle but only received crystals

I purchchased the Wat Tambor Lightspeed bundle for 499 CZK on August 26th ( Order number: 10051473549 ). 

Instead of receiving the bundle content (7stars Wat Tambor, gear, ability mats, ets. ), I only received around 2 800 crystals.  

Wat Tambor in my roster is exactly the same as before the purchase ( still not upgraded to 7 stars )

So the bundle did not apply correctly - only extra Crystals were added instead of the advertised bundle content.

Please grant the correct Wat Tambor Lightspeed Bundle.
