Bought jedi rey pack and lost 11 euros and i got no characters only crystals

I bought the jedi rey pack, then my game crashed (playing on GoH PC) then the bank take my money and i get the receipt on my mail confirming the transaction. then in game i only got 1k crystals, and lost 11 euros and got no characters. Trying to mail or contact but i got no response. Please HELP.
