Bought light speed bundle but received crystal instead of characters

Last weekend (12/21) I bought sith eternal emperor bundle II through web store. When launching the game I received 3700 something crystals instead of relic 7 characters. Tried making a ticket through the game but haven't heard anything. My wife guild told me to post here. Thanks for your help and Happy New Year.
