Bought LSBs and got crystals instead

I bought the two 25$ LSBs, Mandalorian Outcasts (r8 characters) and Din Djarin (r7 characters), got errors when purchasing but payments went through. When i entered the game, i got messages that something went wrong and got compensated about 3.5k crystals for each bundle instead. I don't want those, i wanted the characters at the mentioned relic leveles. I have all the characters unlocked, but at lower relic levels (obviously) and the crystals don't even come close to the value of the relic levels i would have got.
