Bug in the Supreme Leader's LSB

I'm having a bug with the Supreme Leader Kylo Ren LSB where, when trying to buy it on my computer, the EA pop-up doesn't appear and it just keeps loading indefinitely. I've tried everything I could and it's still the same; other LSBs work normally.
