Please help, It has been months and still no Sith Tri Bundle

I am getting so tired of writing these messages I am on my 8th one. IM HOPING that maybe this can get some attention. I have been sending these messages for 2 months trying to get my characters THAT I SPENT MY MONEY ON! This is just ridiculous, if you see this please boost it so maybe I can get some help.
