Bought Resistance Rising Lightspeed Bundle and got only Crystals instead

I purchased the “Resistance Rising Lightspeed Bundle” ingame on pc.  Instead of the bundle contents, I received 5.085 crystals. The bundle was not granted. I had none of those Characters in the Bund...

Can someone please just sort this out? It's 2 days already and there is still no response via EA Help. I hope I still get the units, otherwise the Raddus Pack was also for nothing. The Pack expires today and it would be a shame to only get the half of the requirements for Rey because EA delivers the wrong Items.
