Day 5, still unresolved.
What I’ve done so far
Opened a support case with full info on helpshift (Ally Code, Player ID, time, amount, EA order #).
Provided proof of purchase per request: EA invoice + PayPal transaction details, plus in-game screenshots (Crystal credit and missing bundle) and purchase history.
Reiterated clearly that I do not want a refund, I want the bundle.
Received followups again asking for receipt / leaning toward refund; re-attached proof and restated preference for retroactive granting. It's going in circles with the support without a solution.
