Update (Day 7): Support keeps asking for the receipt, even though I have uploaded it several times. I have resubmitted the EA invoice as requested (the invoice is in German). Perhaps the language is a problem here?
Could a CM/advisor confirm whether you can see the attachment and escalate the issue if necessary?
If a different format or translation would be helpful, I am happy to provide it. The preferred outcome remains retroactive approval of the package.
