Bought the omicron bundle and got charged twice

I bought the omicron bundle before GAC to put one more omicron in time. I got an error, didn’t get neither crystals or bundle and the bundle was still in the shop, so I thought the purchase didn’t go through. Bought it again and I got it immediately. 3 minutes ago I got notification that I bought the bundle second time so I got refunded with crystals - is there any chance to reverse it? I didn’t get crystals immediately after error as usual and I didn’t have time to wait as gac enrolment time was really close :(
