broken quest UI at afternoon refresh

Every single day since the episode stuff started, the quest UI breaks at the afternoon refresh (currently 4:30PM PST for me). It's been months now and others in my alliance have been seeing the same thing.

Any chance this might get fixed?

    This is a known issue. A device reboot should fix it.
