OK - fine to see one person from the staff responding after some days ...
I was glad to have a "running" version on my phone - OK, I'm not really able to play (cause it's too slow) but finally I was able to use the double drops and ... well - in game words "stay allive" (noticed the guild, do my daily jobs in around 2-3 times the time)
So - great you're back from holiday (we all need holidays - don't blame you for this) but ... as you may know by now, the game simply does not work for a few people. How many - I don't know - not everyone is posting here. So - what about the plans to fix this problem?
Do you have a clue (if not a solution) what is going wrong?
Is there an update being planed?
An answer to these two questions would - I think - really help a lot. If you don't know how to fix a problem it is just common use to simply inform your costumers like "Yes, we know that you have problems and yes we are working on that problem but (e.g.) can't really say what is going on ... ... ... (e.g.) planning an update .... ... ... "
Don't know if it helps ... today I used an old crashed (screen damaged) tablet of mine just to check if I can bring it to work there - it was installed there but not used for around more than a year. Did the following - updated it via play store ... Game was trying to start and stuck in about 40 Minutes with the note "Search for updates" - I cut the WLAN - connection (only WLAN - it's a tablet - not a phone) - after this the game was trying to start but then during loading of cantina just crushed.
Trying to restart it - same behaviour - crushed without warning during startup process.
