Weird conquest sound

When I completed a battle in conquest, it plays this “wubawubawubawuba” sound. It’s mostly quiet, but it won’t stop playing. It irritates me after a while. I can’t remove it unless I restart the game. Even if I exit conquest, it continues playing.
