Summarize your bug In GEONOSIS SEPARATIST MIGHT PHASE 1 in Canyon Special Mission part 3every time my General Grievious is matched against Shark Ti by themself it will go in an endless loop that never ends.... so I have to forfeit the battle
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? In the part 3 of the special mission in Canyon in Geonosis Separatist Might play an you match GG against Shaak Ti let it run I will never end

after reviewing the video your provided it seems that everything is working as intended.
The problem is more that you are somehow in a stalemate.
As both characters have the ability to recover health and/or protection it is nearly impossible to win this fight with one character alone.
