Bug in Sector 5 of Conquest

Running SEE Lead with Malak, Wat, GM, and Morgan to do sector 5 survival feat.  Up against a MM team.

Linked Baze and Pao.  Got ult charge fast and ulted.  SEE went into ult animation then vanished off screen.  Game slowed for about 10 seconds, then wat did a move on his own.  When ult animation went away, SEE was now invisible, and every single skill from any character took 15ish seconds to action.  SEE never got his ult and could never trigger it again.  

Tried a second time and exact same bug occurred, so I'd definitely say it's repeatable.
