Still no Darth revan lightspeed bundle fix

It's been roughly 16 days since I purchased the Darth revanche lights speed bundle and still none of the characters are showing up in my inventory please help! This is insane... has anyone gotten this resolved on their account if they have had the same issue? If someone could reach out to me to resolve this issue it would be greatly appreciated thanks.
