Bug on claiming the titles from Galactic Legend

Hello there, I want to report a bug that happened when I did the requirements for Lord Vader after I did all the requirements and played on PC for some reason I didn't get them it first happened after I finished 3 of 3 parts before finishing the other 2 parts and I didn't get the title and I thought I would get it after I do all but it didn't happen. I asked for people from people and told me  EA_Gunner can help me so can you look over it and see and fix the issue I experienced? Oh, and also there are some bugs on the animations on tier 1 and 2 not playing is just the idle on tier 1 and tier 2 animations glitching. Ally code: 135-416-184
