Rouge One Light Speed Bundle purchase.

I’m seeing several issues with purchases from the Webstore.  Adding to this.  I purchased the Rouge One LSB, and didn’t get any of the relic characters from the purchase.  I went to EA for support, and they told me to contact the mobile team in game.  I did that as well, but haven’t heard anything back.  The game uses a buffered interfaced where there is no live chat.  With all the issues I’m reading here in the forum, I suppose CG is swamped.  LOL.  It would be great to get these issues fixed.
