Rogue One LSB bundle issues

Hi - I tried to purchase the Rogue One I LSB on the webstore. It's been over 24 hours and I still haven't received it. It is no longer available for me to purchase on either the webstore or in-game store, and my bank account is reflecting a pending charge. 

Also, when I went to purchase the Rogue One II LSB, it said something went wrong and it disappeared from both the in-game and web store. Eventually it reappears, but when I click on it the same thing happens.

  • The purchases failed but they are stuck now. If you have the option to cancel a pending purchase, please try it. We'll escalate your account details to studio.

    FYI - I was able to put through the Rogue One II LSB, but the Rogue One I LSB (the one with K2-S0) is still stuck.

    I have made a post about the exact same issue. Can you escalate mine too if possible ? In my case the rogue one I came through but not the rogue one II LSB...

    I also have the same problem and I made a post about it as well. I got all the other bundles including the Rouge one bundle II. I have no way of stopping the transaction because I didn’t realize until the next day when I went to put mods on them. I’ve put in a ticket, I chatted with customer support and tried everything. This is my last chance to get it, I don’t even care about the $9.99 I just don’t have an option to buy it again now since I already bought it

    Hi again,

    I checked and the purchase is listed as failed in my profile.ea.com, but the Rogue One 1 LSB bundle is still not available for me to try to purchase again. I really don't want to miss the opportunity and we're running out of time. As you can see, my K2-S0 is still only Gear 12. Please help!

    Ok, so this didn't work out. I'm really disappointed. I hope you bring the LSB back soon for those of us who tried to buy it and could not.
