Bug Report: GAC Not Giving All Points for Battles

I just completed my first battle in this round of GAC. SEE + Wat vs. Malgus. I won the battle and the victory screen read 75 banners. After leaving the battle the scoreboard only reads 72. Unsure wha...

Was on 1391, cleared fleets with 70, 71, 75 plus 219 for the zone and ended with 1817 which is 9 short and the consensus I've heard is loss of 3 banners in battles so me losing 9 (3×3) can't be a coincidence. I won anyway for the record.
