Login issue and what’s going on with EA??

I don’t know what’s going on with this but I’ve been trying to resolve this, I tried to get another hacker/player who got into my account off my account and how am I rewarded? I lost out on two GACs I would have won in clear as day and now I can’t even login into my 11M account now, on top of that my EA account was banned for what reason?? Meathead or someone please answer because this is the most frustrating thing, and it’s pushing me on the verge of closing all 4 of my accounts permanently.
