Im on the battle fighting grand inquisitor on the first stage , and Asoka on the 2nd stage. I have no problems with the battle with grand inquisitor, When the battle starts with Asoka , 5 sec. Into the battle the game force closes ...Please fix this bug I've been trying this battle for 3 weeks now !!!
I came to the forum to complain of this, I have tried so many times, and every time I reach Ahsoka the game locks up and crashes.
Attached is a screenshot from when it only locked up but did nothing so after like 15 minutes of it frozen and me waiting 'just in case' I finally exited and retried but same problem...
Responding to every grand inquisitor related post as i’m experiencing the same issue, have attempted tier 4 about 20 times now and crash every time, I paid for the grand inquisitor light speed bundle and now am unable to unlock him.

I had this same problem and had to cut off all music and sounds in the game (app) and was able to proceed through the journey. However, I believe it has something to do with the background because I faced one of my opponent in Grand Arena team with the same background and everything that happened in the GI stages when I had the sound on, occurred while battling in grand arena. The battle crashed and I took a lose against my opponent due to the crash.
