Bundle not received

I purchased the Versio bundle from the web store (for the extra boost you get to the kessel run) but when I logged in to claim it I was given crystals instead. 

I won’t spend any crystals in case you need to revoke the ones given but I would like to receive the bundle or at least full refund so I may try to purchase it again

UPDATE: I canceled the purchase and rebought the bundle. When can I expect the refund for the original purchase?
