Can’t claim daily rewards

Finished my last 2 daily activities before daily reset and it wouldn’t let me claim them.  The game did a force close and when I reloaded, the activities showed complete with the button to claim them.  When I clicked to claim them, I received a message that daily quests have reset, even with time clearly showing on the timer.  Rewards for those 2 activities arrived in my inbox but the box for completion of all activities did not.  There was no way to claim it because it did not register completion of the 2 rewarded activities.  I would like my daily rewards.  I contacted help and was told it was a known issue and their only recommendation was to make a post here. It appears this issue has been recurring for months. How do I get my rewards due?  In game help did nothing to rectify the situation.
