When you made this post, sign-up hadn't started. It started about an hour afterwards. How about now? Can you sign up?
When I took this picture it was at 3:20PM (Central Time) on Tuesday Sept 2. 40 minutes before the deadline. At 4:00 it turned straight from “Review” to “Event Already In Progress”. Never got an option to join.
even the help told me to come here, that they would escalate it, because it seems like a glitch.

This is correct. Well when I say 'correct' it shouldn't really say 'Event already in progress', but there was no event and it states it for everybody.
Between the 2nd and the 9th there was no GAC event. GAC runs for 3 week, finishes on the first day of Conquest, then has the first week of Conquest off.
The first sign-up for the first 5v5 of the season is nearly half way through.
I miss every other Grand Arena because it won’t let me join.
So, as stated above, there is no week 4 (anymore). That accounts for the second one you're missing. What is happening for Week 2?
