Resistance Rising LSB not delivered

Like many others here, I recently purchased the Rey LSB and received nothing in return. I have bought LSBs in the past and probably will again if this gets resolved. It’s been 2 days now hearing nothing back from support. I don’t want to have to do a chargeback to get my money back. I have proof of purchase should any support staff wish to help solve the issue.
