This has been happening for a year or longer. I miss every other Grand Arena because it won’t let me join. It says “review” all the way up until the start deadline then immediately says “Event Already In Progress”. Since I pretty much only play for Grand Arena, it’s VERY frustrating to miss half of them.
I have set timers and tested it multiple times and sure enough, I never get an option to join u til the event already started. Does this happen to anyone else?
When you made this post, sign-up hadn't started. It started about an hour afterwards. How about now? Can you sign up?

even the help told me to come here, that they would escalate it, because it seems like a glitch.

This is correct. Well when I say 'correct' it shouldn't really say 'Event already in progress', but there was no event and it states it for everybody.
Between the 2nd and the 9th there was no GAC event. GAC runs for 3 week, finishes on the first day of Conquest, then has the first week of Conquest off.
The first sign-up for the first 5v5 of the season is nearly half way through.

So, as stated above, there is no week 4 (anymore). That accounts for the second one you're missing. What is happening for Week 2?
