Can not import account to new phone.

I bought a new phone this week and am having trouble importing my account from my old phone. I had plated as guest but had a linked EA account. When I try to connect with EA account, everything I get a connection error and the game must restart. Then it goes back to before trying to connect. I must have signed out of my old phone because it's also not loading my account and causes the same error.

I have my playerID and ally code, but the in game support chat is doing nothing. 

What can I do, or is my account gone?
