Can not start SWGoH

hey guys

i having issue with an 'Connection Error' everytime i try and start the game.

i have restarted pc, and router/modem.

uninstall and reinstalled game.

please help, i would like to play.

    Ah ok, that's good to know. I had checked out the game servers around that time in case that might have been the cause, but there were no outages on any platforms on our side. 

    It may have been a brief ISP routing hiccup or a cached session issue when the app closed. Those kinds of interruptions usually sort themselves out once the session resets or the connection stabilizes.  That seems to be the case now that you’re back in the game (great news, by the way!). Thanks for letting us know it’s resolved.

    If you do run into it again, try fully closing the game and restarting your device, along with a quick router reboot. Those steps usually help things recalibrate more quickly for dips like this.

  • An update for me I've managed get back in game I don't know how or what I did 

  • WiFi and I have no problems with playing other games on WiFi 

    Just after 12.30 worked fine then lagged badly went out of app tried to get back in couldn't got that message instead

    Thanks for sharing the error message image. This error message tends to pop up when there's been an issue connecting to the internet. Are you using mobile data to play on the laptop and iPad, or wifi?

    When did this start to pop up for you?

    if you checked a lot of your forums this has been happening since the new toon update

  • it's there end always seems to happen when a new toon is released you would have thought they would fix this issue by now but nope CG needs to sack everyone and start from scratch
